Waited 9 weeks told them I had 3 aem gauges x series took way to long came in the mail got it scared & I have to modify the back of the piller to get the screws in to hold the gauge to hold the gauges they charged me 199 too not worth it I do not recommend their service...

Not even 1 star . 3 months of waiting and even more for c7 pod and all they do is send me emails to wait . And now since they took so long they don’t even wanna refund my money back and don’t even know where my pod is at the carrier .. it’s very sad .. hope other customers won’t fall for this
they were great at reaching back and it looks great but the gauge pods were too small for the gauges i told them i was going to use and there’s no way to hook up the gauges from the inside of the pillar definitely feel cheated out of my money.
Was told over and over again they need to order my pillar now it has been 4 months no pillar.
From Canada here, ortiz is well liked in the Maxima community. Looks like a good piece and got emails on its updates of production and when it got sent out. Havent used it yet as we're in winter mode, glad someone making stuff for our cars with limited aftermarket support
If I could advise anyone to get their gauge pods from anywhere else besides here I would and will. Back in March of 2018 I purchased the dual gauge pod for my 2015 Camaro, the one that replaced the factory outline of the speedometer. After weeks of no update on my order and having to reach out to receive an update I finally received my pod. I had it installed by a professional shop locally with no problems, everything is good. Fast forward a few months later I am driving my car (which isn't daily driven) and I looked down to check my gauges I notice a hair line crack in one of the pods. Immediately I reach out to Ortiz Custom Pods and let them know of my issue. They assured me it was no issue and requested pictures. I finally got around to taking a few pictures and then emailed them to them. They respond back that the product only has a 3 month warranty but they'd be glad to fix it. It would cost me 60 plus shipping. I refused to pay that and asked for a refund, I was going to just go with a different gauge pod. The refused and stated they would take care of the 60 but I still have to pay for shipping. I didn't like that option and did not want to have a pod repaired to attempt to use again and risking it cracking. I again requested a refund and they refused. Moral of the story don't buy from Ortiz Custom Pods if you want a quality made product that will last more than a few months.
Excellent customer service and excellent products . Have purchased from them 2 diff times an will do so again in the future 110% they are very busy due to all the orders of people wanting their high quality pods !
Been 4 weeks and they never even ordered my pillar to start working on terrible.
