A community health center that is overwhelmed with patients. Due to this, the quality of care suffers. Doctors are not readily available. If you have to reschedule an appointment or if your appointment is cancelled, it will not be rescheduled for months. Appointments are frequently cancelled. There is a high turn over with the receptionists. They are not properly trained and make many mistakes that you pay for in the end.

JENNA FOLEY in quick care is absolutely amazing!! Her Medical Assistant is just as wonderful!! They are both compassionate an good at their job! Thank you for being there for me! Privacy is not a thing at this facility. Upon checking in for an appointment. I could here the girl two booths down info. Their are no sound machines or music. If you have to be six feet away from the glass with a mask on. Theirs no way what you say is confidential!! This isn’t the first time I had an issue like this either. First time a nurse practitioner got caught discussing my medical history out in the open with another provider. Upon her re-entering my exam room I had to kindly remind her of the HIPPA policy. This person was not fired but transferred to the west Warwick facility. Absolutely unacceptable! If I’m coming to you for help, my information should not be breached!
They have been very helpful and if there's anything they cannot or do not do, they refer to specialist. They do have great people that actually care though. I cannot say anything bad about this place or the workers.
I dont know about other people but I love my doctor he name is Kathryn Horan she's amazing without her I would have never been able to find out I had epilepsy
Nice staff and attentive doctor doesn't rush you. Also a clean place. I use the portal any time I need to leave a message because calling them on the phone you may not get a response because that phone number is for the entire Thundermist Health Facility and it's answered by voicemail I think, I don't remember, and I know they are very busy so now I write a message to my doctor right from the portal mailbox and usually he or his nurse will talk to me by telephone or the mail box if it's not an important call (usually just a question) within the hour. I don't have to personally make an appointment and wait 2 weeks to get someone. 1 reviewer touched on the high rate of turn around with doctors . That's been my experience so far as well. I started out looking for a new PCP doctor (MD) last year but the guy was a nurse practitioner when I got to meet him. Nice guy and knowledgeable but I feel better when the person has \MD\ after his/her name. Nothing against nurse practitioners as my sister is one at Mass General so I trust them. The PCP I left at least was a PA. Now I have a very caring MD but he's a gynecologist! Fine with me but is there that much of a mass extinction of MD's? But I like and trust him this doctor even though I'm a guy.
