A unique Belizean café with a fantastic courtyard for live music and summer dining. Run by helpful people who support lots of wonderful causes, local and international, and enthusiastic supporters of local arts and performance. Food is homemade and awesome! Great selection and caters for all needs - carnivores, vegetarians and vegans alike! This place never fails to make me feel welcome!

I ate at Cafe Bliss for the first time today, and agree with previous reviewers about how great the food is. When I arrived at around 1.55pm there was a line of customers in front of me and before I ordered my food I was advised that there would be a delay because they were experiencing a "rush". I accepted this and placed my order. In hindsight I should have asked how many minutes approximately it would take for my food to be prepared. In any case, by 2:25pm I was exasperated and annoyed by the glacial pace of the two kitchen staff I observed and finally went up and asked for my food. I was fed-up and told the person who served me that I thought the preparation time, for what was a veggie burger, side salad and potato wedges, was excessive. I was reminded that I was informed in advance that there would be a delay, which I accept, and that the food was "cooked from fresh". I enjoyed the food but think that the ability to respond to a "rush" by stepping up a gear is a real asset when working in a kitchen, especially when dealing with hungry paying customers.
Lovely cafe with a great atmosphere and yummy food.
Bland, poor value for money food. Terrible service. Had to ask for a glass for a can of drink and no cutlery brought with food so had to go and fetch. When ordering a cup of tea the staff were instructed to 'rinse a mug out'. Shan't be back.
It was our first experience at Cafe Bliss today, trying out their vegeterian breakfast. I loved the venue with seating at the front which would be very nice in the summer months. Inside the Cafe is a lovely creative style & warm atmosphere. We were greeted by a welcoming owner. I love what Cafe Bliss stands for, community & good ethical & eco-friendly practices. The breakfast was unique and tastey. We looked forward to going back! Society needs more Cafe Bliss's
Friendly, good art, good food - esp goat curry.
