The lid on my green bin was loose and within 3 days the council came round with a brand new replacement bin and took away the old bin and the rubbish inside it, really good service, thank you

Impossible website. I have recently moved and need a bill to pay my Council Tax. One month on nothing. Tried to call them and all i get is reffered back to the website, and as i haven't been given an account number i can't log in. I need to budget my money. I have never not payed Council Tax but i am sure that if i was badly in arrears they would soon be chasing me. Appalling service.. That we pay for.

first in the queue on the phone for 25 mins , passed to an answering phone , then passed to another answering phone , then passed to the website , website passed me to the council phone again which has an answering phone which directed me to the website , which directed me to an answerphone which directed me to a website , etc etc etc ( total over 50 mins and no information gained )

DISGUSTING FILTHY WORCESTER 'HOPPING' CENTRE My wife and I were looking forward to a visit to Worcester on Wednesday of this week, but write to express our disgust at the unavoidable and disgusting amount of bird poo which almost entirely splatters every walking surface in the town. We found ourselves having to hop rather than walk around the town in our attempts to avoid treading in the disgusting mounds of bird poo and were more concerned about where we were walking than looking at what shops or sights were available. We paid for four hours parking and were looking forward to discovering the town but found ourselves hastily making our way back to our car after an hour just in time to avoid being pelted with the waste from a passing bird which splattered onto the side of our car window. It spoilt our holiday. Never have we seen so many large birds hovvering over a town in ANY part of the UK and we shall never want to return unless the birds are culled and the town cleaned up!
