Energy Athletics is an amazing facility. They can accommodate multiple training sessions for diverse sports activities at one time. They have a large field area, that can be used not only for baseball, but also soccer, football and lacrosse etc. Batting and pitching tunnels are available as well as a weight room and parents lounge. I highly recommend this facility for indoor sports training.

Nice Place Great for the kids to workout
I cannot say enough good things about Energy Baseball. My son loves it...loves his coaches, who have helped him so much since he started going there, loves his team, and the new facility, and the fact that the scheduling is all automated and online is great! We are very much looking forward to our upcoming season!
I’ve been a Baseball Mom for a long time and this is the program my son has been dreaming about. Everything he wants and needs under one roof. He gets the training and coaching from Baseball Coaches who know and love the game! Coming from a world of baseball I would recommend Energy. I have a 15 year old player.
Energy Athletics is family friendly, knowledgeable, family friendly and clean. Each coach teaches the children on a personal level to meet their individual needs. The facility has had a wonderful face lift & we are SO lucky to have these resources right in our neighborhood!
