In February 2018, I had a life altering disaster in my home. I was displaced from my home and facing a potential 250,000 plus clean up! When my homeowners insurance was proving unhelpful, I was living outside of my home and saw everything I'd worked for slipping away, I had no idea where to turn. Then, someone running a clean up crew suggested I call Justin Grenier. To my relief, Justin responded immediately and offered to meet me at my home the next day. The moment they walked in I breathed a sigh of relief. There was finally someone listening to me, answering questions and offering a solution. He even put me in touch with others who were able to help my situation. In an equally timely manner, he provided me an estimate to put my home back to where it was. Armed with that information and confidence he instilled, I was able to move forward in what proved to be a 3 year project. Justin checked in occasionally and was always willing to answer questions if I needed his expertise. Almost 3 years later, it was a great day when I was able to call Justin and tell him that the insurance company was going to put my home back together and I needed his original estimate updated. Just as I by now expected, he responded immediately. His efforts on my behalf, attention to detail, knowledge of the current building and materials market, made negotiating with the insurance company productive. I highly recommend this company, as I would not be writing this review from my home if it were not for my decision to meet with Justin Grenier.

We had a house fire in December of 2018. We lost all our personal belongings, the home and outer buildings. It was a total loss. My son in law contacted Grenier public adjusters and I met with Justin the very next evening. He explained his role to help me get the best reimbursement rate for my claim. He met with the insurance adjusters, assessed the damage, his team came in to sift through the fire and water damage to itemize all my belongings documenting everything including silverware and curtain rods, he also negotiated to get me a better percentage rate. He kept me up to date on every step through email, text and phone calls. He took the time to explain each area as multiple claims were required. I actually just filed an additional supplemental claim to recover the depreciation value on furniture that was destroyed that I just replaced in my new home. Utilizing his services and expertise really was a great choice for me. It saved me the hassle of arguing with the adjuster and insurance company. A while back a tree fell on our home and caused significant damage to the roof and back deck. The adjuster came out and eventually gave us an offer that was really low. I called Justin and he came out to look at the damage and we decided to get him involved. In the end he was able to increase the settlement nearly 10X more than the initial offer. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. The end result was more than favorable. I would highly suggest anyone that has a claim to get Justin involved right from the start.
I was first made aware of the role of a Public Adjuster by my contractor after a tree fall that did some major damage to my house. I viewed it as the equivalent in the insurance world, of a buyer's agent in real estate. I am quite confident that the amount of the settlement was significantly greater than what I would have realized if I was dealing with the insurance company on my own. Justin Grenier was great! I met Justin when my Pastors house got on fire. The night of the fire Justin was referred to us, he came right down and help us out. He walked them throughout the whole process and told them about the importance of having a public adjuster (He was right). He was very professional and very responsive to all calls. He really when above and beyond fighting with the insurance company and got them every dollar they needed to fix up their house. He is very knowledgeable and I recommend Justin to anyone that goes through such devastation.
