I love Halloween outlet that are sweet people's and thar stuff that have is so incredible I can't even imagine the awesome people like they should keep that store for a long time but there are some people a lot of friendly people and sweet people and I hope they all have a great life working there and I hope I get that job too

It's impossible to ignore how much the store has downsized. Whether it's worth the trip is really up to you. They don't have the props turned on outside of the Halloween season anymore, and their supply will be lower. What I enjoyed about the store was the selection of props. It's definitely different than an average Halloween store, and they did have a few larger props, some by Distortions. They also had 2000s era props from Morbid Enterprises, some made for the release of Freddy vs Jason and even masks from Illusive Concepts (Mario Chiodo) as old as 1995! Of course, some of those masks are decaying now and they were on clearance. So if you decide to visit, make sure it's during September or October. I was pleased with my visit.
I love the Halloween outlet, and I bet anyone who loves the holiday would too. I wish they didn't have to downsize, it used to be super cool with all the animations and displays they created! Still, it's a great place to visit and they still carry some higher end products that are impossible to find elsewhere. The kids costumes are in a separate room with outside entrance so they can shop without getting scared of the stuff in the rest of the store.
Awful. The selection was not good and when we did settle on costumes we went home to try them (since you can't try them in store) the costume quality is absolutely horrible and the fit is also horrible for both costumes. The costume looks completely different than the picture on the package. Prices are way too high for the quality and we can't take them back either because it was final sale so there goes 50 dollars down the drain since the costumes aren't even wearable.
The store is closing for good. It has been a annual place to stop for my family for many years the store will be missed by my family I wish the owners good health
Walked in on the eve of the 28th of October. Needed a costume for a last minute Halloween party. The outfit I purchased was extremely large and unfortunately would not fit as I have a medium frame. I returned 5 minutes later to return it and it first they tried to accommodate me but as they were out of any other size they kicked me out of their establishment after they refused to replace it for another style that would fit. I got to say that I was afraid if I stayed to argue the point any longer I would get beat up by the security guard. I mean I felt I could have gotten seriously hurt if I stayed. I urge everyone out there not to shop there if you can. It’s run by thugs. Shop at Amazon.
Terrible experience! One of the owners, Rachel, was absolutely rude and unprofessional on the phone and twice hung up on me. The costume I bought for my son the night before was too small. I informed her that all I wanted to do was to exchange it with a different costume since they did not have larger sizes for the one already purchased. Rachel said that all sales were final with no exceptions and proceeded to hang up the phone on me while I attempted to ask additional questions. She was obnoxious, rude, loud, condescending and unprofessional on the call. Unfortunately, this is the example she's relaying to her staff when it comes to resolving consumer matters. By the way, the cashier never mentioned that all sales were final. They happily take your money but things change negatively on a return. I have purchased Halloween costumes at this store for years with generally no issues. The new ownerships comportment is awful. I will not set foot there ever again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this horrible store at all costs.
In a rush trying to get my daughter a costume for her spring dance, i didn't even notice that there was a "all sale are final sign" I literally walked out and and walked right back in when the wife said no to the costume. Now i know that with technology i could have sent a pic to the wife and i did. But by the time she sent it and i got the text back saying No! we were walking out of the store and right back in. The lady was nice as pie when we first got there but the second time around we got the cold shoulder as if she didn't want to be bothered. The first thing out of her mouth was "No cash refund,"really lady!
