I have tried multiple times of the day/week/weekend and can not ever reach anybody. We need internet...and all I keep getting when I call the listed number is the ole dial fax squealing
Internet is always slow and unreliable especially with the amount they charge you. And if you call tech support, good luck, they will always say it is a nemont store problem. if you can find a better option, take it
Internet constantly turns on and off, called tech support multiple times and they always say that there is nothing wrong on their end and that it must be a bandwidth issue on my end
