Really really disappointing customer service. Booked a van for Wednesday to go to Manchester to help with a house move. Went to collect for 4pm and it wasn’t available until the next day. Luckily managed to get one that was returned at 4:30pm. A delay to our plans to get to Manchester. Took van back and left keys in outside box as there was no one available in the morning Monday at 8am and was told later on the phone that shouldn’t put keys in box. And apparently should have been told about this when collecting van which we were not. Was told by the person on the phone that it wasn’t their fault. Clearly it was their fault as they are the supplier of the service. Have hired vans in the past from them and have had no problems at all, but this time it was a very poor customer service and totally unorganised. Will NEVER use them again. One less customer.
