I like shopping in Mark's & Spencer. Unfortunately this store is located in the wrong part of town where you have to pay for parking to shop there. Car parking spaces is very few and expect a queue for parking there. 1.70 for an hour's parking.

Visit was fine. But not being able to put you're trolley back in store is awkward without having to cross busy road. Should be able to put them down passage at side of building.
Great service. Sadly signage on EXIT door not easy to see causing embarrassment for customers who accidentally entered this way and needed to be redirected by staff. Otherwise covid-19 systems well done.
Very safe and well organised. Plenty of hand sanitising stations and good floor wall signage concerning social distancing and hygiene. Items that were required were purchased with no difficulty and payment was straightforward.
