I called into the store around 2 weeks before my mother in-laws birthday to buy a specific ring. Store employees said they could order it in, to save on delivery. So I provided my name and mobile number and was told to expect a call around Mon-Tues the following week. I called on Saturday as I hadn’t received a phone call to which a lady advised the delivery hadn’t arrived and I should expect a call the next following week. Friday of week 2 came with no phone call so I called the shop again to ask what was going on- I was told the ring hadn’t arrived with the delivery. A simple call to tell me it hadn’t arrived would have gave me enough time to order the ring before her birthday which thankfully I have JUST managed. Won’t use again.

Lovely friendly staff. I do think letting 8 customers in is too many with shop being only small.
