Wilko always good to drop in never leave empty handed even when you think you will never get it there. Great idea turning the checkouts into self scan. Made paying quicker and safe for Covid.
Staff, as ever very helpful and polite.
I had an issue with an online order and was sent an incorrect item. I called Wilko, Workington directly and they were so incredibly kind and helpful. They rectified the issue straight away, promptly checking in-store stock, holding the items for me and letting me exchange the product when I got to the store. Genuinely lovely staff.
A good shop bigger than I've seen before, very popular and there was a line for the tills but didn't have to wait to long.
