This is good journal i have published 3#4 papers And also it is helped in getting the basic research ideas The demand of other journals are high, once rejected paper you just add with some university co-author it will be accepted as it is. What is fake is author if he/she is cheating. That I had seen in so called reputed journal where impossible calculations were done and results are manipulated. This gives scope to publish.
