The resorts are nice, but booking is a nightmare, and calling customer service for help is a dead end. We have an autistic son who can’t sit through the owner’s presentations and can’t be left alone, but the staff insists that both my wife and I attend their presentation each time we stay at the resort, and they call every day until we do. I don’t want to be henpecked by the staff on my vacation, and I don’t want to be sold more units every time I talk to someone with the company. I wish we never bought WorldMark, and I advise people against doing so, if they ask about it.

I've had nothing but fabulous vacations at every Worldmark vacation I have been. These are safe, clean, well cared for hotels and I would go back over and over to any one of them. I love being a Worldmark owner. Since 2004
I am a member since 2006 and Worldmark never delivered on its promises. We signed up for a good deal but now we get pushed for every cent. Such a dishonest, dishonorable, unworthy company that is so stingy and has no values. So disappointed. Yesterday the reservation I made for my family was canceled without my permission. Cheap and dishonorable behavior is what to expect if you consider becoming an owner. I am sure that one day it will be charged with criminal violation and will be closed.
We love our worldmark ownership. We have had it since 2004. We travel often and it works so well for us. In addition I love being able to use my points for cruises, airfare and car rentals. Plus for entertainment. My points come back every year which means I don't have to use cash.
I could probably tolerate the horrible 20-year-old booking technology on their website. But, after you're a member, they take your money, signatures, and information, and then they become unresponsive for months without acting on your requests. We're still waiting. Worldmark corporate is the worst. UPDATE after almost 1 year: We're still waiting.
Clean and great staff! There are stairs except for disabled unit.
On many occasions we made reservations, our first choice of resorts were almost always fully booked. Really disappointing. That said, the resorts employees and customer service staff have always been courteous, helpful, and professional.
