Worldwide Concrete did such an amazing job on my front stairs. The staff in the office was very professional from beginning to end.They provided us with a free estimate! After we approved the estimate the office was able to get us on the schedule in a timely manner. This was very important to us since we planned on listing our property and needed the work completed in a specific time frame. The crew that came out to install the new stairs was very polite and did an amazing job cleaning up. They also made sure to tape off the area around the stairs while the concrete dried so that it was safe for my children and pets. This was a great experience and I will use this company for all of my concrete needs in the future. Thanks Worlwide!!

We wanted our ranch style house old carpet removed and concrete slab refinished over summer. We were sold on epoxy by Worldwide. Hired them to remove all old carpet, glue, and tack strips, then grind and clean up slab, then epoxy. We planned half house to be done in June and other half a month or two later. When work was finished in first half we immediately found issues with poor draping of plastic and no fans to blow dust out as promised. Dust cleanup took a week. Epoxy was bare in some areas, puddled in others. Concrete dust from grinding was left and epoxied over, making floor look always dirty. Sharp pieces of concrete and old glue were also not cleaned up and were epoxied over. They offered to fix and came again a month later, some of the issues shown were fixed but some were made worse. We had tons of sharp concrete chips embedded in floor which I had to cover with tape to protect kids feet, still dust epoxied over. I showed the manager again and he offered to fix again, but I don't believe he really could \see\ the problem, so I decided I couldn't go through the same again. In a garage I'd mind less, but not in my home. The time and work to move furniture and move my family temporarily means I have to trust the work will be done right. I decided I'm having another company redo it, but am out 5k and a huge amount of time.

In summer 2017 had several companies come look at replacing and expanding our driveway, walkway and steps to the front door, including removing overgrown bushes next to the driveway. Many companies stated that they would not replace the concrete steps and concrete by the front door as the support was brick and they felt that in removing the concrete the masonry and bricks would be damaged. Worldwide came in a timely manner and provided an acceptable price for the extensive work. The job was estimated to take about 3 days and was finished on Monday, September 25. The steps and walkway were poured in one group without a seem between and a crack appeared on 9/29 (Friday) running all the way across where the bottom step joined the walkway as well as jaggedly up the riser/vertical part of the step. I called on Monday, October 2 and was told that someone would come by to look at it and contact me. I called on October 9 as no one had contacted me and was told someone would come on October 10. An employee came by and said that he would talk to the owner about the best way to address this (cut and make an expansion or to replace the walkway slab). I continued to call several time through the next month and at that point was told to wait through the winter and see if the crack got larger. I had not heard anything through spring (and due to various family health issues was unable to follow up until summer break in July). I have been told that someone would come out to fix but that has yet to happen. I understand that concrete does wear over time but the immediate cracking is ridiculous and should have been remedied quickly. Having spent almost 20000 this is unacceptable. (If the situation is remedied satisfactorily I will consider revising my review.)

I called the office for an estimate for a concrete floor in my husband’s new building. The staff was very friendly and booked an appointment for a free estimate the next day. Mike and the crew did great work, the floor looks awesome. I was also impressed with the clean-up, no mess! I would highly recommend this company.
