Windows are great until the locks stop working. I've got a window that doesn't close. I've got two that doesn't close properly as the weight of the window is too much for the hinges. I've got a draught from two windows and a glass door. 10 year guarantee , not worth the paper its written on. Not willing to sort these issues out. Update. After several months of trying to get this sorted I have finally given up. Don't buy windows from this company if you want the guarantee honoured or if you want widows to last more that a year. To be covered by the guarantee you need a specialist to come and lubricate the locks and handles every year and you need to keep a service history of all the work. Talk about loop holes. Apparently normal people are not qualified enough to spray a bit of WD40 on the locks and handles.

Installation cancelled due to van breakdown. Finally fitted in November however vents missing and one window the wrong size so replacement ordered. Nearly end of February and still no vents or correct window. Original window was temporarily put back in but not sealed so kitchen freezing all winter
