Excellent customer service, always professional, on time and clean cars. Reception staff are friendly and helpful! Made me feel comfortable, getting taxi from the office until I got home, lovely and clean, which is much needed in times like these. I would not use any other taxi firm. Thank you Apollo

Always on time when I book a taxi. Love that you get a text with updates and the information on the taxi. The drivers are always friendly and patient which can be hard t times with my 1 year old screaming in the backseat always use apollo when I need a taxi and loved their giveaways over Christmas as I won the banana Ben's gift card which I took my boys the other day and they LOVED it so thank you again for that. It made their day and now they want to go back

Their cars are generally very clean and tidy, friendly drivers and usually arrive pretty promptly. Recently tried using them to and from Manchester Airport - very good service and cost pretty similar to the fuel and parking when we have driven ourselves. And when we have needed to arrange something complicated with multiple pick ups the staff in their Charles Street office have been very helpful.
