Having phoned ahead to check they had what I needed, It was very inconvenient that upon arrival twenty minutes later they had \misheard\ what I had asked for and did not sell them. Extremely poor customer service as though they were looking for an argument! Try to support local businesses but sadly it is a much better shopping experience online and also better value.
You.say today wasn't my day!!! It wasn't today mate it was 4 months ago !... no day should be a bad experience for any customer.
