Had an appointment at the Audiology department at this hospital yesterday. Very impressed with service and care I received. The Audiologists Laura McNerlin was very professional and customer caring,. This was my first experience of visiting an audiology department and Laura explained everything in detail and patiently answered all my questions. Thank you so much Laura.

Great care in maternity unit, I can not say how thankfull I'm for all support I get there from all the staff . Highly recommended as a great place to give birth especially first time when you don't know what to expect but at last you feel you are in good hands.
A HUGE heart felt thank you to the following people. The on call medic, the ambulance crew and all the staff in AE, CDU, SAU, Fleming and Lister wards. The care and professionalism was second to none. My operation was dealt with very well indeed and the aftercare was excellent. It's at times like these when we feel vulnerable and alone that we need to be cared for with a genuine touch. The food choice and quality ( from a fussy eater ) was excellent, the cleanliness everywhere I went was very very good, the empathy given by the nurses and doctors was faultless, skill of the surgeon, I'm pleased to say was ideal in fact, it all surpassed my expectations. I realise that others have found reason to moan but for me Nothing could be further from my thoughts. THANKS.
I cannot thank the staff in A&E enough for their professionalism and the exceptionally thorough job they did Sunday afternoon, 13 Sep to repair the gashed elbow I gave myself coming of my bike at Llandegla. I had the Senior Registrar spending a couple of hours thoroughly cleaning out all the bits embedded in a wound that went down to the bone, then stitching it up. Top class care from everyone, giving me medicines to keep infections at bay, anti tetanus, and pills to go home with. It all worked - only a couple of weeks later it has healed up a treat and not much left to show anyone unlucky enough to hear my story ;). Many thanks to everyone who attended me, you are all stars.
I had to go to a&e the other evening and was very impressed with all the staff and their care,and it was lovely of the nurses in the early hours to bring everyone in there a hot drink and a blanket thank you very much .
