A model visit! I was met at the door with a smile and a sincere welcome; questions about my phone were dealt with professionally and effortlessly (despite occasional problems caused by compulsory wearing of masks!) and the whole process was a superb start to the day. There are shops in Wrexham which could benefit from observing the customer service I enjoyed this morning. Thanks!
