Matt Bassaro was excellent at helping me find the car best suited for my current situation. He was super informative when telling me about my options and the cars which was super helpful. Nick was able to explain my lease to me so that I could fully understand and got me signed and out of the dealership very quickly and was super nice. Jarrod was also a fantastic help in the process and extremely nice and funny.I had a fantastic experience with everyone there. No complaints at all.

Found the vehicle online. Called and Dave Rose answered my questions and set an appointment for that afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and gave me 100% of his time and attention. Left with a vehicle that was loaded with options for a great price. Best prices on vehicles out of any dealership in the Pittsburgh area in my opinion. I looked at more than 10 Chevrolet and GMC dealers. Wright blew them all away. Nick was also a great help in financing.

When I called, I got on the schedule right away. I really liked the waiting area. It allowed me to work there for a couple of hours while the work was completed. I was offered a ride back to my office, but it turned out to be unnecessary. Also, during the course of the planned work, some additional items were identified. I have been to other GM dealerships in the area. I have never been treated so well by the Service Staff at Wright GM. The staff was extremely nice and the service work was completed promptly. They washed my vehicle and then returned it to me. Wright GM Service has to be the best in Southwest Pennsylvania, definitely in the Pittsburgh area. I will always use Wright Automotive Group for all of my future GM needs and vehicle purchases.

It was a first class experience from my first inquiry. Manager Dave Piccolo and Sales Representative Roger Mills did their research in providing many options for my leasing a vehicle. Both provided their knowledge and expertise of both the vehicles itself and the financing/leasing options available to me. It was a positive experience, and I will be back for future vehicles for my wife and myself.
