They answered immediately and I waited less than an hour for service. Very nice and professional staff. David was very nice and helpful. I hope I never lock myself out of my car again but if I do, I’ll definitely call them or refer to friends and family.

Roger was excellent!!!! He help my mom she was stranded I gave him cross streets over the phone and he knew exactly where my mom was stranded and found her with no problem.... My towing experience with Wright Wrecker Service was good. I just called them, arranged a towing service, and they came right out. It's nice they offer 24 hour towing service.
I never used Wright, but after my experience with one of their drivers Mr. Diggs, I am sure they would treat you well. I was buying gas, in line in front of a Wright driver. I went off without my wallet and just had 2.70 in change that I found in the cracks on my seats. Mr. Diggs bought me 10 dollars worth of gas. I told him thanks but no thanks. He would not take no for an answer. He told me to help somebody else later. What a great representative for the wrecker business! Thanks, so much.
Well, I can't exactly rate their services since they never showed up I waited 30 minutes between my initial call and my second call. The individual on the other end of the phone call informed me that it would be an additional 30 minutes as \it's not like we're down the street.\ Fortunately, I did not wait around for them to arrive, because they never showed to tow the other car. Would NOT recommend. Extremely poor customer service.
