Old school hardware store with VERY knowledgeable staff. Didn't realise there was an upstairs either. So far my somewhat bizarre needs have always been catered for in a patient and courteous manner, as I prepare my home for reopening as a bed and breakfast once sunshine streaks the spring sky once more. Very impressed. Not the cheapest, but definitely the best I've found for a long time, and the quality of the goods on offer is reflected in this. Well done all!

Called into the store having never been before. They sell everything. Got exactly what I wanted and everything was well organised and safe (during these times). Both Andrew and Paul were exceptionally helpful. First class customer service from a small family business.
I only leave reviews that are very good or very bad, this was a very bad experience, the staff were unhelpful and the product they recommended to me was the wrong one and refuser to take it back because I hap opened it. I ended up having to go to screwfix who were very helpful.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. You can purchase nearly anything you require at very competitive prices. Please support this outlet.
