I can never find what I want here. Last week I had a list of 6 fairly standard items I wanted to buy...mobile phone case, Bluetooth mouse, etc. Couldn't find any of them. I waited over 10 minutes to ask a member of staff who was busy joking with a group of friends. Finally he finished but he couldn't help me because it was time for his coffee break. Nobody else there so I went home and ordered everything online, a total of 350 euros. Guess Saturn don't want my money. Every time I have been there I have found the staff (when you can find them) to be unhelpful, condescending and arrogant. Prices are very high too. I've learned my lesson now, I won't be going again.

Not as big as other Saturn stores, still a good one tho
This review is limited to the mobile phone department. We had excellent service from a very knowledgeable employee, who took plenty of time to explain the product to us. Although it was quite crowded on the first day open again after the New Year, there were ample cash registers open, and the wait to pay was very short.
It is fine but u can find better deals online sometimes
there are some sortage in assisting Staff. other than that, the place is marvelous.
