Sehr unfreundlicher Service, bzw. Kann man es nicht mal Service nennen. Kein Wissen über die eigenen Produkte, Kundenzufriedenheit ist ein absolutes Fremdwort und ist auch nicht gewollt. Wenn man dann eine Frage hat, wird diese belächelt und nicht ernsthaft beantwortet. Da kauf ich lieber wo anders.
