First and foremost this company demands payment on the spot. The even make it a point on the phone they want someone there to pay them or they prefer not to come. I’m all for businesses getting paid but you should be able to bill me as every other company does. Second because I don’t live on my property. First thing said to my tenants was “who’s paying me.” To which they proceeded to be very rude to my tenants. (Even though they PAID them in CASH.) Third the real kicker. They were suppose to clean both Central AC units. Neither were cleaned or even a new filter put in. 135 for a service call nothing done. And the kicker IT STILL DOESNT WORK. Called them back, no weekend ours. Wait till Monday when I finally get in contact with them. The best they can do is come Friday and guess what! They want to get paid yet again. Bottom line. I’ve never wrote a review good or bad on a business in my life. This business is so bad I took time out of my day to write my first one. Hope nobody else uses this company.
