1/9/21 There is a tall young girl that sometimes works in the pharmacy dept that is very lazy. Tonight I went to pick up my prescription and it came out to 100. I told her I normally pay around 30. She made no attempt to double check she simply said \it's the beginning of the year I guess you haven't met your deductible\. I walked away without my medicine planning to call the insurance company. I then decided to turn around and try again with someone else. The other girl was willing to double check and it came back as 30. That's the difference between a person that is willing to help and a lazy person.
Called after scheduling a minuteclinic visit for ear/hearing issues. Was asked typical covid questions such as “last 14 days” type questions. Said no I was tested positive a month ago, have quarantined, never broke fever and have not had symptoms since. Then I am suddenly getting diagnosed over the phone about my “congestion” (hello, ears nose and throat are connected hence ENT doctors), and then somehow told I have other symptoms (???) that I dont and that I need a negative test for an appointment. I thought doctors are supposed to know that patients can test positive for up to three months and a follow up test isnt accurate in terms of contagion. Besides the incredibly rude and dismissive phone conversation I was also essentially told I will have this problem until I test negative even with no other symptoms. Do better for your patients. This is why people lie about testing and results and why its still spreading.
There’s no one time I have a bad experience on each visit . From the pharmacy and their tremendous team due to their professionalism, knowledge and pleasant ways to the store as well . They are always attentive to your needs and more now since w were struck w a pandemic. So where’s the complaint from others? ... ... sometimes it helps to recognize this persons for their true value : heroes in the front line !!!
Website never works and Minute Clinic appointment form never works! No human that DOES answer the phone can help you. Terrible!
