I had two appointments in 2020. In both cases was kept over an hour waiting. Dr. Hainer and her staff are very pleasant and friendly. They do need to improve being punctual or at least within a 15 minute window give or take.

The service I received my last visit was the last straw, I've been coming here for 10 plus years seeing both doctors in the practice meg Hainer and np Michelle Newman. They don't take notes when your in the room the staff is down right rude and clearly rushing you off the phone. They have so called lost my results a few times when they have them in the office and haven't processed them. My last visit they took over a month to tell me results off a sonogram I had to personally call to receive it myself. I would not recommend anyone to them unless you want your money stolen and billed for services you never had done.
Dr Hainer is a wonderful person. Some of her staff on the other hand need to go back to school on ethics and professionalism I would never treat a patient as they have with me. Especially with the delicate situation I am in. I have been nice to everyone in that office til today.
This had to have been the worst experience of my life. She don’t document anything in her notes about you calling in pertaining to pain you’re experiencing, She give you improper medical advice,I calling to complain about pain and she never once did a vaginal ultrasound. Even though I told her what I felt was going on she completely ignored me. She was so neglectful with the care she gave me .That resulted in my child dying. As a doctor you’re supposed to care for your patience.
Dr. Hainer has been my daughters doctor since May 2019. From the very beginning her interactions and knowledge has put my daughter at ease. My daughter had a few complications and Dr. Hainer has handled them all with no stress involved. I will forever be grateful. The office staff are all friendly and accommodating. Total professional atmosphere yet family also. Thanks.
