We ordered Vignette Modern Roman Shades, automatic with the PowerView Hub and motors on November 2, 2019 and gave a 50% deposit. We were promised the blinds in 2-3 weeks. Many reasons were cited by Michael, about Hunter Douglas production delays, backordered fabric, etc. until I spoke to the head of Customer Service of Hunter Douglas on February 28, 2020 and she acknowledged that the order was placed but had stayed in a pending status since then. Nothing was ever started, no fabric ordered etc. On February 29, 2020 I sent Michael a cancellation letter. Not hearing back from him, I called him on March 3, 2020, he said that he got the letter and credited my AMEX on 2/29/2020. That credit never showed up. I called AMEX on 3/7/2020 and disputed the original charge. AMEX gave me the credit on 3/17/2020.

Michael and Cecelia have done window treatments in two homes for us and they are truly the best! From idea generation to installation, every detail is accounted for and the finished product is always better than expected! Highly recommend and will be using them again!
I would not recommend this service. They promise you the world but never deliver on their word. Highly unreputable. In addition, their designs are mediocre at best. A waste of time.
