Absolutely horrible. Always a wait, always make things as difficult as possible for you, and incorrectly charge for shipping.

We ship about 500 packages weekly and we have been around a few branches, this is hands down the best, they are quick, friendly and LOVE their jobs and you can tell.

Fastest post office I been to! I had 5 people ahead of me, but I was out within 5 minutes tops. All stamps available are on display to view while on line, which is nice. However, what impressed me most is that they have a gentleman who is bilingual in Spanish and is willing to help customers in the Spanish language. Very patient and friendly with the customers and very helpful. What an asset to have in a company, thank you for that display of excellent service to the public.

I am a repeat customer. I get my transactions completed successfully, but had to be swapped to another window guy, since the one attending me (guy in center) got caught up in his words, and I felt uncomfortable proceeding with him. The two guys on the end are always on point and to the point, however the center guy at window seems to be out of his element when trying to explain things which gives this office a little disadvantage. Other than that, never any issues with the other guys, very pleasant always. Thank you for the service!

I'm mainly responding to GG who said that they never had a bad experience at the PO in Wyckoff. But also said that they have a PO Box there and never had a bad experience. And actually said the customers were at fault and perhaps expecting too much and that was the reason for the bad reviews. I can say this: If you're going in and going to your PO box (as some PO are set up), then I can't imagine having a bad experience with a wall. I will also say, I am the most pleasant person to everyone. It takes a LOT to get me aggravated and frustrated (I usually feel sorry for the person before I even get angry), and this PO has me BEYOND frustrated EVERY time I go in there. Sarcastic, rude, gives us a feeling of being an inconvenience to them. They all deserve to not work there or work in the back with no customer interaction. Give a pleasant person the job....someone who actually enjoys interacting with people. Not someone with absolutely ZERO personable skills. This is also my first 1 star review. Congratulations Wyckoff Post Office. Thats the last time I can say that. And I like how GG edited their review, just to correlate with mine. Felt like doing the same here.

I legitimately just cannot explain how bad their service at this specific post office is. I had weighed a package at my house at 2 pounds and 15 ounces at my house, and purchased postage online and dropped off the package with the prepaid label to the post office to be mailed after the employee told me to leave it in the prepaid shipment area. A day later I received the same package back on my doorstep with a sticker on it that said "additional 45 cents payment required, the package weighed 3 pounds exact." In my opinion, the USPS spent more money paying an employee to drive a package back to my house, to then be mailed again then to just send the package. Cannot believe that they are that desperate a quarter and two dimes....if I could upload a picture of this I could. So disappointed.
