Elaine from the DPW is as rude and unprofessional as the rest of the wyckoff DPW department who have never cleaned up our house after a hurricane a month ago. We have been calling for weeks no answer only for her to finally call 6 weeks later to rudely say to us that the storm clean up for all wyckoff residents was a 1 time courtesy but clearly did not care about our street. Do not rely on the DPW or Elaine to help you they are extremely unprofessional and impossible to get in touch with. I can’t believe how belittling and insanely rude Elaine was to us. It is clear this department does not know how to handle the responsibilities of their job duties. Very very disappointed for all we pay in taxes to get treated so disgusting, poorly, and talked down to by this woman.
