Called Adam’s office, spoke to Chris & let him know we were transferring in our life policies because we wanted a local agent close to home. Hands down, Chris has provided excellent service. He has truly gone above and beyond what I expected. He kept in touch and let us know when the policies arrived in the office, he reviewed the policies and helped us get them in order. We made changes & wrote new policies. From the beginning to the end he kept us updated and also kept us informed of how our billing would be affected by all the changes. I cannot say enough! After finally being able to speak directly to Adam about the issues I was having all I got for my troubles was him blaming me for the issues. If you choose to go with State Farm I would choose a different agent.
