The tech worker was amazing in the detail and careful attention to do this right and was so informative to my many questions. He took his time and did so much. I scheduled a duct cleaning with them for my father's house and they were on time and did an amazing job. That is what I call customer service! Amazing company. I had the air ducts cleaned and well maintained. They gave me all kinds of tips on my system and attic space and gave me future recommendations to save money. They were very quick and cleaned up after themselves. We are completely satisfied! I would most certainly give this company my highest recommendation. Thanks again.
When Air Duct Cleaners Wylie came to our house to clean the dryer duct, they discovered that it had become detached at an elbow in the duct. They were unable to reach the area where the duct detached so they couldn't fix it and, consequently, couldn't clean the duct. They recommended that we call our HOA to see about getting someone with expertise to repair the duct. They were at our home for over an hour and they didn't charge us anything. We will definitely call them to schedule cleaning the duct once it has been repaired. The two young men who came to our house were extremely professional and helpful in diagnosing the problem and recommending the solution.
I can't say enough good things about Air Duct Cleaners Wylie company. Making an appointment is a pleasure. Joe and Paul arrived on time, completed the job in a quick and efficient manner and as always answered all my questions. The before photos they showed me were shocking, but when they finished, what a difference. Now I can actually breathe with much ease! I will use them again and am happy to recommend them. Thank you!
We had this company clean the air ducts in our home and our rental house. The pricing was very reasonable and Air Duct Cleaners Wylie technician was extremely knowledgeable and always willing to explain the process. He was meticulous in both houses, taking extra time to be sure everything was done well. He has the more powerful equipment that will do the job correctly. They were very friendly and even let my 4 year old tag along and ask questions! We were very happy with this new company and have already recommended it to family and friends! Everything was left clean and our air smells fresh!
