How do you have two ATM machines and they are both always broken?? can someone at Chase please get somebody out to fix their ATMs??
The bank teller told me that Chase would be able to cash my check for an eight dollar fee.I agreed to the fee and waited about 15-20 minutes at the window just for her to tell me that she was unable to do it even though she had just told me she could.To make things worst she stamped “Endorsement canceled” on the back of my check and now my bank is telling me that my check has been voided.Not only was she rude but she has caused me a great inconvenience.You guys should properly train your employees before letting them work with customers.
I've been a costumer with this bank for almost a decade and they've been a great to me! Just today Brandon really helped me out with my account and he was super helpful, patient and informative! Love this branch!
Never going to this branch again. After wasting 2 hours with personal banker my issue was NOT resolved. I came home and called customer service and the lady over the phone helped me fix it. Kayla Stafford ( personal banker) and Branch manager( dont know his name) are very lazy people and dont want to go extra mile to help customers.
