Great staff here in person and quick when using the app. They do their best to reconnect, rehome and keep pets with their owners. Zero complaints here. They’ve been an ally more times than I can count. My girl came from here and they went above and beyond to help her find a home.

Having a hard time getting a response. I’m looking to adopt a dog looking for a forever home. Maybe they’re just too busy or maybe they don’t have any dogs that need new homes. can anyone help

Nice building. Nice people. Good objectives. Bureaucratics laws and interpretation leave something to be desired. Wait time leaves something to be desired. Transition to new software system was handled poorly, requiring pet information to be provided again.
