the worst decision that I made in my life is living in these apartments , first the management is so rude , AC is very noisy and its inside the apartment , management move some families around without any fees and give them some good deals just because the like them and if you go ask to change to lower level or different apartment they will make it mission impossible and you have to pay a lot of money , they did not pay my friend for referrals and every time I check on that they said it is still under processing , I already finished my lease and still did not pay for referrals . they deserve less than one star and the manager wont share any number to call the owner or complain about her.

Office staff is super amazing! They are always very professional and willing to help! Sarah, the property manager, is always going above and beyond!! So excited I renewed my lease for 3 year in a row!!
I’ve been living here since 2016, at that time management was amazing. Now, that harbor management have taken over they don’t take of ANY maintenance issues but make sure you have renters insurance. And pay high rate for rent but don’t keep up the property at all. Don’t rent here, they have went downhill since new management took over!!!
You’re money is better elsewhere. They label these apartments as luxury and they definitely are not. The paint job in the complexes is horrible. Along with that there is dog feces everywhere. Kids running up and down the hallways screaming at all hours of the day. Also the gate is either broken or they leave it open. My car and another residents cars were broken into and the apartment didn’t even notify those who live there nor did they take any security approaches to ensure it doesn’t happen again. And good luck contacting them because they never answer. I’ve called them so many times only to not get a response. There are way better apartments in the area for the same price these people are charging.
If I could leave a lower star review I would. This review is not out of biased or anger and is strictly out of truth. When we first moved in, the place was great, Hector was a great manager and actually seemed to care until he leaves you tagged in emails stating things like “have fun with this one.” They will always penny pincher and make sure you are covered but not take care of the actual residents. 11 times in 7 months we requested our A/C to be fixed and they “fixed it” by adding freeon. Then our electricity bill would be more than 160 for two people living in a one bed room apt... we submitted several other work orders like leaks in the apartment that were not moved looked at. If you like pools you are in luck they have a great one except they do nothing to keep non-residents out. So if you aren’t there at a decent time chances are there will be 60 people in the water from the trailer houses across the street. Things were stolen out of vehicles and the responses given were we don’t have cameras I’m sorry. DO NOT SEND AMAZON PACKAGES THERE. We had 4 packages get stolen. Once Harbor Management came over, the complex became about money and the people. If you call the office click OPTION 1 every time so they think you are wanting to rent or they WILL NOT answer the phone, (unless you have left a handful of messages) If you are going to rent stay away from the trash cans as they get so overloaded the smell is horrific. The best thing ever was the first few months moving in because they showed they care and then the goal was to GETOUT as soon as possible. Our upstairs neighbors also left because they could not stand it there. Again this was just our experience, started out fantastic and we even told our friends looking to go there. Now just do your homework and look at reviews and shop around. This is one of the cheaper places you can find which is great but you also get what you pay for. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
