I called Julians office, just before closing time evidently.. It was a situation which needed time to discuss, he seemed very hurried in his responses to me and didnt seem to care one bit about taking care of my needs. His agency has zero customer service, absolutely none. Do not waste your time on this shady racket, all you have to do is look how he gives himself 5 star reviews to try to bring hiS pathetic review ratings up.. WHAT A JOKE!!

Unethical practices filed multiple fraudulent claims terrible people to work with rest of 5 star reviews are from the owner Julian himself how pitiful... Terrible experience extremely unprofessional and fraudulent people. Working with farmers specially Julian’s branch was terrible experience they filed fake claims under my policies even claimed fake salvage title on my vehicle evil people work here stay away
