Renate has been a huge help as we have taken over a 12 year old business. It was all run on paper and Renate has made it possible to make the leap to online invoices and Quickbooks. Although it is not a standard revenue stream, she has been able to help us understand and properly categorize and track the revenue. We have needed quite a lot of help with understanding the workings of QB, but she has been very eager help and happy to explain. She is quick to answer, friendly and easy to talk to and we can't thank her enough for all her efforts!
