HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Was told to speak to Jay, not the friendliest person but he then told me to speak to Jeff. Explain to Jeff what I needed, told me to come by on Saturday so we could get some numbers and look at the display. Got there Saturday and we did the numbers, had me bring the van back on Monday again so they could start. Got there Monday morning and was called on Monday afternoon that the owner was refusing to work on my van because I didn't want to install a partition on the van and because it wasn't against the law and that I might a ticket and that he could be held liable and get fined. Spoke with a client of mine that is a police officer and he said they had way more other things that were more important than pulling someone over a partition, spoke with my insurance agent and said that was the most ridiculous thing he had heard, spoke with the company that sold it to me and he said he didn't know if this was true or not since half of the vans that he sold didn't have any installed and to make things just a little more odd, I called the competitor and asked them about this and they said they had never heard of this either. After the Google search and speaking to all these people, I can not still find this to be true. All I know is that they wasted my time, gas and mileage for nothing. Obviously this company didn't want my business or was just trying to sell me something that I didn't need or want. The guy Jeff was a sweetheart but his boss was a total jerk. Good customer service skills would have asked, instead of getting these other accessories lets do the necessary and get you a partitioner or lets see what we can do or lets see other options. This company is such a joke and not cheap.....RUN!!

Very pleasant experience. Bought an RKI toolbox without keys, didn't know the model number or key code, and called these guys up to see if they could help me out. I spoke with a man named Jeff and he let me know they would try to find the key code and possibly get me keys and out the door. They couldn't find the key code but had 2 lock cylinders with keys for less than I could buy the same thing online. Like these guys a lot, easy to work with. If I ever need help with an RKI box, these guys will be my go to!

Call about a lock cylinder told me 18 dollars ea. Get there and they try to charge 26 dollars. It's the matter of the money it's the matter that I was told one price and then get there and it changes for some reason. NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS

just had my super duty done, correct running boards for big tires to clear, had inside tool boxes coated to protect tools from unwanted film, and had back up camera installed , rear view mirror type, very proffesinal job, and owner and office staff went out of their way, to make sure everything went smoothly, what a great company !
