Great experience! Customer service is top notch, waiting area is clean and quiet, and I was in and out quickly. They were also very thorough on the inspection (didn’t try to push and up-sell me) and vacuumed the vehicle. Very impressed.. Definitely my go-to for auto service

I'll give you the TL;DR: 1. Needed Spark Plug Change and Coolant Flush. (I brought materials) 2. Brought in mailer coupon for 20% off, promised that it should apply to it all by Shaun. 3. Only got 20% off Coolant Flush. 4. Overcharged for Spark Plug Change. 2.8 hours @ 119 an hour. Lesson Learned: Don't get your big services done here, oil change is good, but go to a mom and pop shop for the bigger stuff. I took my Lexus into Jiffy Lube because I got the 20% off mailer in the mail for services. Picture attached. I called them to get prices, and they told me they would "have to check out" my car to determine how many hours it would take to change the spark plugs. Mind you, I provided the spark plugs AND coolant as well. That was a red flag for me already because they should know based on my make/model, and that they could just name whatever arbitrary number of hours. I pulled up to the new shop, and Shaun who btw was very VERY courteous (reason why it's 2 stars), and said that the coupon should apply to the services. I said okay, and left my car and the parts with them. About 5 hours later, I was concerned because they didn't call to tell me it was ready, so I called and asked and they told me it was ready. They called the manager about applying the price to the whole and they said the machine didn't apply and nothing they could do about it.
Jeffery was very helpful and patience with answering my questions. Very informative that I feel I can trust them. Unlike the uneasy feeling when you get in to a mechanic.
Very welcoming and informative staff. I felt like the price and speed of service were both reasonable. Maybe not the cheapest but by far worth it for the professional service.

Very disappointed, get your price up front in writing, I was told oil changes started 19.99 and up and after 45 minutes I was handed a invoice for 118.00 Oil change. When I asked about the price and reference no one in Wylie charged this much for a five quart oil change he laughed and said we do. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.... NO PRICES POSTED ! BATE AND SWITCH.......
Needed a quick State Inspection. The guys here did a good job at getting my car into passing inspection order. Was in and out fairly fast. Typically I go to Kwik - but they were way too busy and I was looking for something with a bit less wait time. These guys seemed to do right by me. :-)
Came here for a quick state inspection. Place looks nice and clean. Jeff was very nice and courteous.
