The gentleman running the service desk was very nice and customer oriented. I was a walk-in for a state inspection and had not been there before. I can’t speak to there mechanical work. I would like to commend the front desk man as I heard him work with other customers to take care of whatever situation they had. Good service is important and he delivered it! Ample waiting area was clean and had TV and kids table.

I have my doubts about this place , my wife took my Honda for transmission fluid flush and oil change few months ago and this service was smooth and no issues till now. after few days i asked my wife to take my Toyota for an oil change, service was done quick and they applied coupon too, we were happy that we found reasonable and quality service center near to our home. After one week of oil change on my Toyota every morning when i take out the car i see a drop of oil on the ground, i didn't paid much attention but when i went for a vacation and came back i see a small puddle of oil on the floor, then i took my cell phone camera to capture the photo i attached, If any one with basic idea of car repair can tell you that some one who did the oil change didn't do a good job with plugging the screw back. I asked my wife to take car to this service center to check on it, they made her wait for around 2 hours and after that they told her that they can't figure out where the oil leak is from asked here to pay 95 to conduct a checkup. When my wife told me this over the phone i asked her to get the car keys and leave that place. Next day i took it to toyota service center for checkup, the technician checked this and told me that there is a possibility that i might have to change the oil pan because of the previous service issue , but he will try to do an oil change and plug the screw in and see what happens. After some time he did the service and told me that he was able to fix the issue and it was a 40 as regular oil change after 10 coupon. i sent an email to customer service but no response till now. So you decide if you want to trust this service center or not. I am not going to this place again !!! Some one can do a mistake, but when they were given a second chance they have to make it right but it didn't happen in my case Added pics before and after for your reference. so what do you think?

I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change at 2:30pm. I arrived at 2:25pm and they started promptly. Their website says that they had a coupon for a Basic Oil Change, priced at 18, so that is what i was expecting. Turns out, this location in Wylie doesn’t accept these because they are a Franchise location, instead of a Corporate location. Therefore, i was forced to pay 50 for an oil change, that was marketed as 18. I am not unhappy with the job that they did, by any means. I’m just dumbfounded about the fact that they advertise these savings on their website, but they do not honor them in-store. Peace and Love.

I had my daughter take car in for an oil change and tire rotation. After they finished, the car was leaking oil and they broke off a lug nut. This used to be an awesome shop, but now they don't take the Mieneke coupons, and their work has gone downhill. They didn't even top off her windshield washer fluid. We do not plan to return.

If you are a single woman entering this business be on notice they will immediately treat you differently. I was met at the front desk by a condescending manager that completely discredited my concern about brake service that was needed. When I was called regarding the diagnosis of my issues I was told there was “nothing mechanically wrong” with my car and that I could pick it up. Upon arrival to pick it up I was handed a receipt that said Cylinder Replacement was “recommended but customer declined” Knowing that I had not ever declined a service I inquired further and was again told there was nothing wrong with the car. I asked for the reason the replacement was noted on the receipt and the manager became irate saying NO! NO! NO! to his worker that was attempting to reprint my adjusted receipt. He then refused to put in writing that nothing was wrong with my car. Something screams SHADY here and the manager was BEYOND unprofessional. Do not give these people your business!
