During this storm my sister in laws pipe busted. There is absolute no response from maintenance or the office. Now her whole apartment is pretty much flooded and STILL haven’t heard from anyone. They have been locked inside due to weather and dealing with this. This is by far the worst apartment management and complex that we have experienced. Immoral and irresponsible of management. Do NOT rent here unless you want to be treated like an inferior human being.

Hello My Name is Serpil Tekdemir We have been staying in this apartment complex for more than three years apt No : 1738. We paid all the rent in time with no doubt. In 4th of November in 2020 we moved and telling the office 30 days ago. In 4th of november we gave the keys to the leasing office and we waited for the inspection. But we saw the 4 days extra money thing because we didn't pay the 4 day rent. They charged us 1000 and extra money because they said we didnt pay in time. They say that they mailed us, but I am woman with 3 kids. Due to the corona virus and the process of moving, I didnt see the mail. I am a 3 year customer. I went to the office for 2 times but the problem wasn't solved. As a customer I never saw something good from your employees at this time :((((( :( :( :( I think - rent office has wrong info- My leasing contract is montly- therefore I paid more rent price please check my account. and I informed rent office 30 day ago . therefore the extra cgarge is not fair. Please check it.
The parking is terrible here in the office is even worse. Out of the four years I’ve been here it has been through four different management Companies. They are rude and unprofessional. They do what they can to get you to Sign the lease if interested then they throw you to the curb after. They never answer the phone or are ever in the office and whether it’s a maintenance issue It takes weeks for them to come fix it. They don’t care about your needs at all or Take any time to resolve any issues. FIND somewhere else To give your money to.
Stay away from this place if possible. We are a vendor of this place and they booked our food truck there. They changed management and decided to cancel our agreement without letting us know whatsoever. We got to know it when we move our truck onsite and they just didn’t have a proper explanation for the cancellation. We wasted our labor and all the food prep. Imaging it will happen to your business (or leasing agreement) one day. We called to complain and the receptionist refused to transfer us to the manager and she is very rude to us. Take your business somewhere else and save yourself from the unprofessionalism.
By far the most unorganized property management team I have ever dealt with. Terrible communication skills, and when issues came up the only answer they could give was \its not my fault\. There is not nearly enough parking inside of the complex so if you get off of work late you will have to park across the street at the movie theater. The office will rarely ever answer the phone. Apartments are overpriced
