My wife and I are repeat patients, and we have continued to be pleased with the kind, friendly and professional service we receive when we are there. Dr. Craig Schacherer provided excellent care and had me outfitted with 2 pairs of new eyeglasses that were perfect in a much shorter time period than my previous ophthalmologist and opticians did with their own lens lab. Very happy with everything, highly recommend! I felt very safe with the COVID infection control measures being taken at the office. Very rude he even went as far as telling us he don't have time to fill out a paper that the school is requesting for my daughter. We even told him ahead of time what this is for . After he seen my daughter he told us to go to Walmart because he don't have time to fill out the paperwork.

Everyone at Wylie Vision Care is absolutely amazing. Truly a family atmosphere where it's obvious they not only care about your business but also your well being. I've been needing glasses since I was 5 so as you can imagine I've been to my fair share of optometrist's offices but I can easily, and with great confidence say that I've never been to a more caring and professional group of people.
