Fantastic friendly service and great selection of very tasty meals. Generous serves.

I made a booking for Saturday night at 6pm. Unfortunately I have to change the booking to tonight but despite the site saying they're open, no one is answering the phone. Have been trying since yesterday afternoon. Site said they were open then as well. Very disappointing. Surely a business like this should at least have an answering machine to change or cancel booking.
Wonderful meals....great historical display..great selection of wines and beer...welcome atmosphere....no need to book!!
