I could not believe the rushed personality the scheduler had and when I said this was my first time dealing with sprinkler systems. She asked for an email and when I told her I didn’t want to give that information out, she told me that he only communicates through email (despite asking for phone number) and that I need to give her the information despite telling her I didn’t feel comfortable. What happens when someone calls during this difficult time and doesn’t have email access because bills are tight so they dropped internet and this lady only reminds them of what they lost? I’m not sure why he only communicates through email. I said bye and I’ll give my money where they actually care about peoples comfort levels
