My husband got our first invoice and is A lot higher then I was told by the young man in the store. A call to 611 moved my plan to where we supposed to be I was informed to return back to the store do you have the extra charges fixed now I need to find time on my busy day to get this fixed after spending over a hour on the phone already.

Absolutely lovely experience in this store with Kate! She took care of my myself and my entire family with great enthusiasm, so much knowledge, and most importantly for me, stellar care to attention and detail to not just get us the best deal, but also saving us money and using what money wasted on the bill each month towards the new watch line and she STILL lowered the bill adding devices like that with all new upgrades too. She made our time spent at the store a true pleasure and I will happily refer anyone I know to her for any of their wireless needs or issues and I am confident I will (and already have!) hear back from any of them that she was able to assist them with flying colors. Stephen was helpful, friendly, and attentive to my needs, definitely an asset to the store. Kate was wonderful as well and they both made me feel welcome, a much better experience than other retail cell stores I've been to. The store was orderly and I felt very safe there as well. Definitely recommend stopping here for all your phone needs!

Kate and Stephen are a great team and were very patient, kind, and helpful to us! Definitely recommend them and can’t say enough about how pleased we were to have her guidance and expertise! They made us feel very welcome and we only had to wait a short while on their waiting list, but still once it was our turn we were immediately greeted with enthusiasm and attention and not like we were just numbers in the list.
