My wife and I are new to Verizon and I needed help on knowing how to do some things on my new phone. I went to see Nathan Becker at the Byron Center office and he was nothing short of amazing. I was amazed and appreciative of his expertise on phones and systems, but also of his sincere interest in me as a client. While he was working with me, another couple was working with another representative and getting set up with two new phones. This couple had 3 adolescent and younger kids who had been there for 2 hours and these kids kept coming by to see Nathan who was simply wonderful in helping these kids, and their concerned parents, handle waiting for mom and dad. At the same time he never stopped helping me. I have 5 grown children and 15 grandchildren and whenever any of them need phone help I know whom I will recommend to them. In the time Nathan spent with me I developed a sincere respect and appreciation for him not only as a professional but as a person. Sincerely, Walter Lorenz

Showed up with 40 minutes left until close, and walk up to the door, and a crudely written Closed sign. Unacceptable for a business.
Service might have been good, but I didn't stay around to find out. My need for being there wasn't critical, so I left after 20 minutes waiting. Honestly, I expect to be acknowledged when I wait, and expect to have all employees wearing masks and see signs of sanitizing during a pandemic. This wasn't happening and it didn't feel worth it.
We were switching from a regular account to a business account. My husband was unable to stay for the activation of the new phones due to work so they told him they would have the phones ready the next day. It’s been about a week now and still no phones ready, went to the store since the phone was not being answered there was an open sign 11-5 I got there at 1 and no one was there!!! Very frustrated!
Didn't need much other than a SIM card swap - they were very friendly and helpful!
Kyle and Autumn over the call duty to provide us awesome service and troubleshooting customer service and even gave us credits thank you!!! Better than corporate office!
The manager really provided exceptional customer service. After getting the run around at other locations and the 1-800 customer service folks, she was able to help me with my account and getting my new phone! Will be coming here first for all my cellular needs!!!!
Sign says they’re open until 8pm M-Sat, why is it closed when I show up at 530? Also why did I have to know my phone was delivered the previous day by the tracking number on my order? No one from the store called to tell me my phone had arrived.
