When I called Kent Rubber for help on a small non-profit project, I spoke to Brad. Even though I had no idea what I was talking about, I knew what I wanted. Brad was patient and genuinely interested in helping me. I was pleased to find EVERY employee I ran into was equally genuine. This place has the BEST customer service of any business I've patronized. Other customers seemed to enjoy the same experience. I'll be a customer for life. Keep up the good work guys!

Terrible customer service. Waited 10 minutes for multiple people to walk by and not acknowledge me in anyway. Walked out without getting my parts or talking to a single employee
