I called to inquire about availability for Saturday night and spoke with a gentleman who was working at 12:00pm on 3/5/21. He was not helpful at all and rushed me off of the phone and did not answer my question ( do you have league bowling on saturday evenings around 8pm) i understand due to the pandemic your company may not be taking reservations however good customer service goes a long way! I encourage the owner to train the staff on what quality customer service looks like. I am a huge believer in supporting locally owned businesses especially during a trying time such as this pandemic. It’s one thing to have one time consumer but it is another thing entirely to have a lifetime customer. The gentleman I spoke with does not help or represent the brand well to drive the hope of obtaining lifetime customers. Only quality customer service can provide such an outcome. You never know who you are on the phone with, your next phone call with a potential customer who has inquiries should be treated with quality customer service. I could have been an investor looking for an opportunity to bless and invest in your business. Because of my experience and the way i was treated and then hung up on, I am choosing to take my investment elsewhere. I encourage you to reevaluate your onboarding process to include an emphasis on quality customer service. Thank you.

Park Center has made some drastic improvements in scoring tech, which is very appreciated. The pinsetters seem like they are due for the same treatment though. Each lane also has a noticeable dip in the approach as you reach the foul line, which may not be an issue for everyone. Solid prices for food and drinks improve the experience.

I paid 99 for a special on new year eve during a pandemic to support local business. The guy I talked to when purchasing DID NOT tell me the money was non-refundable when he listed all of the rules, no one showed up. I called to speak to someone about possible getting a refund and a guy named Ryan claimed to be the owner told me he don’t know what to tell me they don’t do refunds and hung up in face!! It’s still early enough to sell lanes, because I am in the parking while on the phone with him at 10pm and there was literally only two other cars. I will never spend a dime here that 99 was my lifetime payment for a service I’ll never receive. And if anyone does know if I’m face Ryan is the owner please let me know

They have made some upgrades to their aesthetics, but I still can't recommend them since all of my bowling gear disappeared from their lockers, with me being the only person to have the combo, and was never even offered an apology. They just shrugged and said I don't know and I'm out 250. Dummy me for paying for a locker, I guess.
