Got a new phone on the 3rd day it stopped working (didn't get a warranty) went in on that day no phone in stock. They said we will order it call you when it gets in. Too much time past called and asked they said yeah you have to wait 14 days from purchase to order a replacement. I said ok order it. They said you have to physically be here to do that. Go there order it. They said it will 20 to replace, but will be credited to the account. Go in today now they won't replace it because the lower corner has a thumb nail crack that doesn't interfer with the screen. My phone doesn't ring all the time, people on the other line can't hear me. The phone they sold me is a defective and won't replace it. I do not recommend T mobile at all! I would like to add T mobile customer service from corporate helped me with this while this location refused.
